Amenity doors activated with an “electronic strike” by fob.
- Mailroom Door: Accessible 24 hours
- Clubhouse Front Door: 5 am – 10 pm
- Pools (inc. restrooms): Dawn – Dusk
Fob needs to be placed in middle of electronic lock device (not the light). For fob pickup, email or call the Property Manager. Owners and Tenants – If your property is under lease, fobs will be distributed to the current tenant of record, UNLESS the owner emails the Association in writing.
Please no dogs in the mailroom. There have been multiple instances of dog urine on the mailroom floor. The mailroom is a self-supervised area.
