Transformers can leak. They use mineral oil which, according to the technician is not harmful. However, once they start leaking, it is only a matter of time before they heat up and shut down. If you see a transformer that is leaking, please call the Property Manager so they can put in the work order with FPL and schedule the repair and/or replacement.
