In accordance with Chapter 720, Florida Statues, the Mallory Creek Board of Directors has adopted a Resolution authorizing Electronic Voting for conducting elections and other membership votes.
We are pleased to offer this easy and convenient way for our homeowners to vote in upcoming Mallory Creek elections and other community matters requiring a quorum and membership vote without attending meetings or mailing ballots.
Why we are doing this: A number of HOAs have implemented electronic voting with great success, resulting in more participation in voting on important issues and with greater ease and convenience, especially for those not in residence at the time of voting. You can decide if you want to vote electronically or not. There is no requirement to do so.
Action Required to Participate in Electronic Voting: Print out the “Consent to Electronic Voting” form below. After completing the form please drop it off at the office or email a scanned copy to the Property Manager.
If you wish to continue to vote by paper, you do not need to do anything.
Action to be Removed from Electronic Voting: Print out the “Revocation Consent to Electronic Voting” form below. After completing the form, please drop it off at the office or email a scanned copy to the Property Manager.
