Situated within the Abacoa neighborhood, Mallory Creek comprises 581 residences, making it the largest among the 18 HOA-managed communities within the Abacoa region, both in terms of land area and total housing units.
Within our community, we boast a diverse array of housing options, featuring 314 townhomes of various models and 267 single-family homes, showcasing over 20 unique architectural designs.
Our community offers an extensive network of over 13 miles of well-maintained sidewalks, adorned with approximately 1,500 palm trees of various species and over 1,100 hardwood trees, contributing to the lush and picturesque landscape of Mallory Creek.
