Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Monthly Submission Deadline

The ARC packet must be submitted via email to the office for forwarding to the ARC for review.
This month’s deadline for submissions is Wednesday, August 25th at Noon.
The ARC will review ARC applications on Wednesday, August 29th.
Submit an ARC application if planning to:
- Put up a fence
- Add a pool / jacuzzi / spa
- Change your home’s exterior color
- Add exterior awning or lighting
- Change landscaping
- Or other exterior changes
