Clarification of Parking Guidelines

The Declaration of Covenants Article V, 2, H says: “…vehicles shall be parked only in garages or in the driveways serving the Units, or in the appropriate spaces or designated areas in which parking may be assigned, or along Roads, where such Roads are designed for and accommodate street parking, and then subject to the reasonable rules and regulations adopted by the Board. Reasonable rules and regulations of the Board shall not include any prohibition against parking on Roads…and no rule or regulation shall restrict parking on any public streets within the Properties that is more restrictive than the codes and ordinances of the Municipality.

Our Request: Every unit has a garage and at least two parking spots in the driveway in front or behind the property. Out of courtesy to your neighbors, please, if at all possible, use these spots and leave street parking for guests, HOA vendors, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and other deliveries.

Speed Limit – 20 mph

The speed limit is 20 miles per hour in Mallory Creek. We have seen an increase in speeding and one such case resulted in an accident. Please, slow down.

Alleyways

Adhere to all one-way alleys and drive in the right the direction.

Basketball Hoops – Hoops!

Basketball hoops are to be on homeowner property, not in common areas, please.

Please, No Paint in the Trash

Please–do not put paint in the trash, it gets compacted and spills and drips all down the alley. There is household recycling available at Solid Waste site on Military Trail.

Please, No Dogs in the Mailroom

Please–No dogs in the mailroom.  There have been multiple instances  of dog urine on the mailroom floor. The mailroom is a self-supervised area. Several owners have allowed their dogs to relieve themselves and not bothered to clean up. This is a health issue and very disrespectful.

Wildlife Safety

Just recently, a duck was caught up in a lure/fishing gear and had to be taken to Busch Wildlife for euthanizing. Please remember to remove all of your fishing gear. So many adults and kids enjoy the lakes and the wildlife.   Thank you to the resident(s) who acted promptly in rescuing the injured duck and took it to Busch Wildlife.

Please be Civil with HOA Vendors

HOA vendors are here working under a contract with the HOA.  The vendors are professionals in their field. Please do not take pictures of them, yell at them to do something different from what the HOA contract stipulates, or be derogatory of their ethnicity.  They operate under standards of their contract with the HOA and the industry of their profession. The vendors follow occupational codes of the Town of Jupiter and the HOA.  If you have a problem with a vendor, call the Property Manager.
